This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal; the number is DAAB07-02-R-B010. The proposed effort is for a new, firm-fixed-price type contract for one hundred and thirty-four AN/P RC-112C Survival Radio Sets (NSN 5820-01-458-6018) and 8 KY-913 Program Loaders (NSN 7025-01-279-5308). Operations Procurement, Air force and foreign military sales (FMS) funds will be used. This acquisition is intended to be a sole source to General Dynamics (Scottsdale, Arizona 85252), therefore, it is not a set-aside. Shipments are to be FOB Origin.
