The contractor shall provide expertise on specialized military and commercial parachute systems to include automatic opening devices, equipment bundle, life support and aerial delivery systems. CCE possess the minimum qualifications required for the performance of this contract, i.e., 3000 plus logged parachute jumps, US Parachute Association (USPA) member with current D license, USPA Accelerated Freefall Instructor, USPA Tandem Instructor; USPA Static Line Instructor, Vertical Wind Tunnel Experience, 10 plus years Joint Special Operations Experience in Support of Training and Testing, Military Master Parachute Rigger, Multi-discipline Tandem Master Examiner, Military Master Training Specialist, Military Jump Master, Military AFF Instructor, Military Test Parachutist and Military Master Parachutist.
