The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fix price contract modification to McDonnell Douglas Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company under Contract N00019-04-C-0014. The contract modification is for a form fit replacement of the obsolete 12 channel Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) receiver. Efforts include the integration and incorporation of the receiver into the F/A-18E/ & EA-18G, full rate production Lot 32 and beyond production lots, via a Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).
