The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure on a sole-source basis with Aeroflex Wichita, Inc of Wichita, Kansas for the P-3 aircraft for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The parts included in this procurement are the following: quantity of two (2) Identification Friend or Foe (IFF)-701T1 Test Sets.The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery for the above listed part numbers shall be 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery will be best commercial practice via freight forwarder. Please reference N68335-04-P-0448 in your quote. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement.
