The Government plans to acquire Longbow refurbishment and production support for the TADS/PNVS and M-TADS/PNVS systems for assembly and integration with the AH-64 helicopter for one base year plus one option year. The period of performance is 1 Janu ary through 31 December 2006 (base year) and 1 January 2007 through 31 December 2007 (Option year). The intended source is Lockheed Martin, Missile and Fire Control-Orlando, MP-228, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, Florida-32819-8907, which maintains the exc lusive engineering knowledge (design and test history) associated with the AH-64 TADS/PNVS and M-TADS/PNVS design of these items. The authority for full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, entitled, Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirement. There is no technical data package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See Note 22***
