The Government plans to acquire Longbow refurbishment and production support for the TADS/PNVS Systems for the assembly and integration with the AH-64 Helicopter. The period of performance is 1 January through 31 December 2009. The intended source is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control - Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 which maintains the exclusive engineering knowledge (design and test history) associated with the AH-64 TADS/PNVS design of these items. The authority for oth er than full and open cmompetition is FAR 6.302-1, entitled only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirement. There is no technical data package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
