The Government plans to acquire Longbow refurbishment and production support for the TADS/PNVS Systems for assembly and integration with the AH-64 helicopter. The period of performance is 1 January through 31 december 2005. The intended source is Loc kheed Martin and Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando,5600 Sand Lake Road,Orlando,FL 32819-8907 which maintains the exclusive engineering knowledge (design and test history) associated with the AH-64 TADS/PNVS design of these items. The authority for other th an full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, entitled Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirement.
