The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited under sole-source BOA N00019-02-G-3046. The purpose of this order is to procure hardware, engineering and logistical services for the retrofit of Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) to the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES) installed in F/A-18 aircraft. Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of NACES and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the US Government and Foreign Military Sale needs.
