MAJ-1046D, (2) 3D Eyetrek FMD-3DN NTSC, (2) Iplex Accessory Bag MAJ-1120, (2) 24V/12V Iplex Battery System, (2) Rigid Sleeve for IV76 Iplex ? MAJ-1105, (3) Iplex Remote Control Ext Cable MAJ-1091, and (2) Bogan Arm/Clamp. This is a brand name acquisition for the Olympus IPLEX system approved by the Contracting Officer. Quote needs to include above equipment, delivery FOB destination Grand Forks AFB, ND, and anticipated delivery time/date. Offeror must provide warranty information on equipment. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and will be based on competitive quotes. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421990; size standard of 500 employees.
