The Special Operations Directorate (AMCOM) proposes to procure, on a sole source basis, for the fabrication and delivery of Robertson Guardian 185 ERFS B-Kit parts. The prospective contractor for this requirement is Robertson Aviation, 1020 E. Vista del Cerro, Tempe, AZ 85281. Robertson, as the original manufacturer of the required parts, has been determined to be the only source that offers MH-60L flight qualified parts, thus ensuring compatability with existing interfaces. The estimated period o f performance for this requirement will be two (2) months from the date of award. However, early delivery is desired and will be permitted. The authority to use other than Full and Open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
