The US Special Operations Command has a need for various requirements as modifications against contract USZA95-02-C-0009 for the Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) as follows: Integrated Warning Caution and Advisory (Voice) [IWCA(V)] efforts; flight test support; electronic display efforts; digital map integration of electronic warfare equipment; combat mission simulator efforts; design, build, test, and document the Maintenance Test - User Data File (MT-UDF) for the USM-670; complete a functional configuration audit; incorporate changes in software productionization; additional operator classes; electronic warfare data link study; Aft-transmit antenna assembly (ATAA) engineering change proposal (ECP); associated data updates; and an option to integrate an existing voice system [IWCA(V)] if necessary. SIRFC is used within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) on the MH-47G and MH-60M; and the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) on the CV-22. Period of performance is anticipated to be sixteen months. The intended source of supply/service is ITT Industries (Avionics), 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ, 07014. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, âOnly one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirementsâ. Technical data and computer software relating to these procurements is not available and cannot be furnished.
