The requirements listed within this solicitation are solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS 423620. Both performance and delivery are to be outside the United Stated and it's outlying areas so no small business set-asides will be considered for the acquisition of the items listed within this solicitation.

These solicitation documents, clauses and provisions incorporated by full text or by reference are those in effect through FAC 2005-95, effective 24 Jan 2018.
