The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: STRIP & REPLACE ROOF & GUTTERS WITH 2 NEW SETS OF PRE-CAST STEPS Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq. No pre-bid meeting will be held; contractors may contact the homeowner to schedule a date and time to access the property to better understand the project’s scope of work, if necessary.
