The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for
construction services to provide all labor, transportation, materials,
tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and
fire protection for multiple buildings. Work includes design, construction, modification
of fire alarm and fire suppression systems for the 163rd Attack Wing.
Construction/contract completion time is 60 days after notice to proceed to
include inspection and punch list.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this
work is 561621. The small business size standard is $25,000,000.00.
This action is being procured as a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED
SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
