Solicitation W912LN-15-T-0021 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor that meets the minimum technical requirement at the lowest price.
