The contract modification of Contract SPM75005D7426 is a sole source award to BAE Survivability Systems to extend contract coverage for the NSNs and PNs for the Up Armored HMMWV. Listed below are the sole source FSCs which we propose to award a 18 month contract: 1005, 1010, 2040, 2510, 2530, 2540, 2590, 2815, 3040, 3110, 3120, 3830, 3990, 4010, 4130, 4210, 4210, 4320, 4710, 4720, 4730, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5320, 5325, 5330, 5340, 5365, 5930, 5945, 5970, 5975, 5985, 6150, 7690, 9320, 9340, 9515 and 9905. The contract is for a period of 18 months pending the award of the successor solicitation SPM7LX08R0179. This contract will incorporate all technical products and service requirements and contract terms and conditions contained within Contract SPM75005D7426 by a contract modification action.
