THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN UNRESTICTED SOLICITATION.   ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE PROPOSING HARRIS GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS INC (7QAK7) P/N 10181-9826-020, WOJSKOWE ZAKLADY LACZNOSCI NR 2 (0451H) P/N 10181-9826-020 OR AVIBRAS INDUSTRIA AEROESPACIAL S/A (004YK) P/N 326167-0 under PR number 1000159551 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option IQC for material manufactured by one of the approved sources listed above.

Required delivery is 246 days.  Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery.

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 630 each.  The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.

There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 11 January 2023.
