Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport News (SUPSHIPNN) intends to execute an order (Cost Plus Fixed Fee) under basic ordering agreement N00024-10-G-4304 or N00024-10-G-4305 for the SOW attached. The two prime contractors are: Electric Boat Corporation, a General Dynamics Company located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989; and Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2787 with an estimated period of performance from 05 Dec 2011 through 03 Feb 2012. The two potential prime contractors are: Electric Boat Corporation, A General Dynamics Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989 (BOA 4304), and Huntington Ingalls Incorporated,(4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2734 (BOA 4305) This order will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed agreement action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.303 utilizing Class J&A numbers 40,744 and 40,788.
