Provide overhaul of four (4) each BBC 251 turbochargers in their entirety from NO.3 and 4 SSDG onboard USNS GUADALUPE (T-AO 200). Services to be provided commencing o/a 12 February 2007. Place of performance will be BAE Systems San Francisco Ship Repair, Foot of 20th St., San Francisco, CA 94107. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offeror must maintain current registration in Central contractor Registry in order to receive award.
