Amendment 001. The solicitation is amended to remove the brand name requirement (Winslow). Life raft and accessories should meet the specifications identified in the original solicitation and meet the FAA 135 requirements(raft, ELT, and equipment) for extended over water operations greater than 150 miles off shore. The plane will be a King Air 200 and will have a maximum of 4 people on board with a two person crew being the norm. Award will be based on best value to the government.
