Effective 01/17/2024, Solicitation 19H08023Q0028 for Janitorial Services in Tegucigalpa, Honduras is cancelled in its entirety. Letters to current quoters are being sent out. 

The U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras has a requirement for a contractor to provide Janitorial Services at USG buildings in Tegucigalpa.  The contractor shall perform janitorial services including furnishing all labor, supervision, material, equipment, and supplies.  The total area for cleaning is approximately 27,371 square meters.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. 

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference  on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 08:30 am (local time) at the US Embassy Tegucigalpa. Prospective quoters should contact [email protected] by sending: Full name, ID number and Company Name on or before Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time),

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
