Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Mail Delivery and Clearance Services. The U.S. Government intends to award a one-year contract/purchase order with a one-year option, under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement, to a responsible contractor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.
