CITY OF PLAINVIEW NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bid Number 22-00-06 (2) 2023, ½ Ton, Police Pursuit, SUV’S Sealed Bids addressed to the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview, will be received at the office of the City Secretary in City Hall at 202 W. 5th Street, Plainview, Texas 79072 until 2:00 p.m. November 02, 2022. The bids will be opened on that date and time. Price bids shall be the unit price per item F.O.B. Plainview, with exempt state and federal taxes. All bid envelopes are to be marked “Vehicle Bid.” The City of Plainview will consider the “State Contract Price” as a standard for the bids. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all formalities and accept the bid or bids, which appears to be most advantageous to the interest of the City.
