Description INVITATION TO BID The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District is using a web-based portal for accepting bid proposals digitally at www.msdbids.com. Proposals must be received by July 23, 2020, no later than 2:00pm. Electronic proposals shall be received by the deadline date as stated herein for the following: WATER DAMAGE AND CLEANING SERVICES Electronic proposals shall be submitted to www.msdbids.com for the following: WATER DAMAGE AND CLEANING SERVICES Hand delivered Proposals will not be accepted. No bids shall be accepted outside the designated web-based portal. Bids must be received on or before the date and time stipulated herein. Failure to do shall result in the Proposal being rejected. MSD shall not assume responsibility for any late Bid for any reason. Copies of all documents requiring a signature and/or notarization must be submitted with the bid proposal. However, all original and signed/notarized documents must be submitted no later than 12:00pm, one (1) day after the bid-opening date. Failure to submit all original and signed/notarized documents by the deadline above, shall deem the Respondent’s proposal as non-responsive. The original documents shall be delivered to MSD’s Main Office building at 700 West Liberty Street, Louisville, KY 40203. Original documents shall be placed inside a sealed envelope, with the outside marked as follows: WATER DAMAGE AND CLEANING SERVICES ATTENTION: MARY KIRCHNER Submission of the bid via the web-based portal certifies that the bid meets all of the requirements of the contract documents.
