The Department of Commerce (DoC) has a requirement to purchase 17 each ATLAS buoy hulls in accordance with the attached drawings. NDBC intends to procure additional hulls as follows:Fiscal Year 2009 - 9 units Fiscal Year 2010 - 8 units Fiscal Year 2011 - 10 units Fiscal Year 2012 - 8 units Fiscal Year 2013 - 9 units NDBC is only committed to funding 17 units at this time. The contract vehicle type for this acquisition is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA will be for five years. Delivery terms shall be FOB DESTINATION. TAO ATLAS Buoy Hulls, which are classified as commercial items and shall be procured using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 12.
