The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Morehead City State Dock, 2202 Burnett Boulevard, Wilmington, NC 28401. This procurement is using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Berthing for the Hopper Dredge McFarland for 37 days. No RFQ will be issued based on this notice. However, all information received within (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
