The quantity will be 4 each--Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination, U.S. Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD. It is the Government's belief that the item required can only be obtained from authorized distributor MAN B&W Diesel (Houston), Inc. If there are other authorized distributors, you are required to provide authorized distributorship from MAN B&W LTD Paxman to the U.S. Coast Guard within 15 days of this announcement. However, other potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities can submit such data discussing the same in duplicate within 15 days from the date of this announcement. The following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptability of the offered parts: 1) Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics), or 2) Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the government or the original equipment manufacturer.
