The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Commercial Contract for 20 Each, Polyurethane Replacement Sponsons, Wing P/n WG9300019, on a sole source basis to Wing Inflatables, Inc., 1132 Samoa Blvd., San Diego, CA. 95521. This acquisition is not suitable for full and open competition because the Government does not possess the necessary technical data to compete this commercially developed item. Note 22 applies.
