The Government intends to award a Firmed Fixed Pricing, IDTC contract with a base year and four (4) option years for the procurement of Countertop LavatoryUnits and related material in support of the NAVSEA Habitability Self-Help Program. Items must be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA specifications. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This is a best value procurement utilizing price and past performance as evaluation factors. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 15 March 2005 from website http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. Potential vendors are encouraged to email FISC Norfolk, [email protected] or [email protected] with company information and point of contact name, phone number and email to be added to a potential bidders list. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
