The area of interest is defined as a facility that is within a 1 mile radius North, South, East and West of the Port of Bellingham International Airport. The preference is for a single story facility with all available modern utilities, i.e. electricity and telephone service, sewer service, etc. The property should be available for occupancy on/about March 2009. The lease term will be firm for three (3) years, with two one year (1) option(s). The facility must be able to support approximately 85 on-site, secured parking spaces.
