2013 CDNST CONSTRUCTION - The purpose of this contract is to construct new tread on the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail (CDNST).  New trail construction is needed for approximately 2.5 miles of CDNST on the Silver City Ranger District in the Gila National Forest.  Trail construction activities will include cutting and clearing of trail corridor and new tread construction.  New tread construction may include installation of the following (where warranted by slope and terrain features): retaining walls, rolling dips, switchbacks, climbing turns, water bars and rock spillways.
