Lock Haven University is seeking bids for a 2013 GMC Sierra 3500HD 4x4 Dump Truck. Please be advised that all responses to these procurement opportunities are subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S.§66.1 et seq., effective January 1, 2009 (Act 3 of 2008).
