A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 12, at 10:00am in the City Hall auditorium - 403 Butler Ave, Tybee Island, Ga. This Request for Proposal and all corresponding documents can be found on and downloaded from the City’s website: http://www.cityoftybee.org/Bids.aspx Direct all questions in writing to Melissa Freeman at [email protected]. The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
