A single source to provide generation and transmission of electricity (NAICS: 221122) for JBER Richardson, Alaska under one contract. 

The current annual peak demand at JBER R is 13.3 mega-Watts as of December 2019 (recorded February, 2008) and a continual requirement of 32,188,905 kWh (kilo-Watt-hours from 1 October to 30 September) for normal operations. All services provided by the vendor shall be in conformity with all applicable laws, rules, codes, industry standard permits, and regulations, promulgated by any and all governmental authorities having jurisdiction. The usage amount provided is an estimate and does not constitute a Government usage  guarantee. Electricity shall be continuously available to the Government Facility.
