Pursuant to N.C.G.S 143-129, sealed single-prime Bids will be received by the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA), at the ONWASA offices in meeting room A and B at 228 Georgetown Road, in Jacksonville, North Carolina, until 3:00 p.m., October 22, 2020, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read, for constructing the following: ONWASA Roof Alteration: The project consists of demolition of the existing ONWASA administration building built up roofing system and replacing with a new thermoplastic roofing membrane, insulation, and soffit/fascia system. Bids must be submitted on a complete contract. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540, telephone (910) 455-0722, and the outside of the envelope must be marked "ONWASA Roof Alteration, Onslow County, North Carolina,” followed by the appropriate contractor license number and title. Due to the recent Covid-19 State requirements, a mask is required to be worn by all persons present during the bid opening.
