Bids will be received by the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA), at the ONWASA offices in meeting room A and B at 228 Georgetown Road in Jacksonville, North Carolina, until 3:00 pm., November 12th, 2020 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read, for constructing the following facilities: ONWASA STORAGE BUILDING: The project consists of a 4,800 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building with office spaces and associated services spaces. Bids must be submitted on a complete contract. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540, telephone (910) 455-0722, and the outside of the envelope must be marked "ONWASA STORAGE BUILDING”, Onslow County, North Carolina" followed by the appropriate contract number and title. Due to Covid-19 State requirements, all persons in attendance for the Pre-Bid Conference and the Bid Opening must wear a mask and be socailly distanced at all times.
