INVITATION TO BID City of Enumclaw 1309 Myrtle Avenue Enumclaw, WA 98022 2020 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION City Project No. 1904 BID OPENING: Wednesday Feb 19, 2020 TIME: 11:00 a.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the 2020 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION project will be received at the City of Enumclaw at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, Washington 98022 until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday February 19, 2020. The scope includes grind and overlay of existing asphalt, concrete removal, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalks, signal loop replacement, minor drainage improvements, and ADA ramps. Improvements will take place at various locations within the City of Enumclaw, WA. Bids will be opened, read, and tabulated immediately following. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid. Funding for the project is provided by City of Enumclaw Funds. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on “Posted Projects”, “Public Works”, and “City of Enumclaw”. Bidders must “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self- Registered Bidders List”.
