Said surplus equipment will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Some of the equipment may be currently inoperable and personal inspection prior to bidding is highly recommended. Bids must be in a sealed envelope labeled “Surplus Equipment”. Bids can be hand delivered or mailed to 16829 East Main Street, Cut Off, LA 70345 or submitted online through the website address below. If the bid amount is less than the minimum bid listed above, the bid will be null and void for that line item. The Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. In the event of a tie, the proposal resulting in the lowest administration expense to the GLPC will be selected.
