Sealed bids will be received for the 2021 LMIG, at the Jeff Davis County Courthouse, 14 Jeff Davis Street, P.O. Box 609, Hazlehurst, GA 31539 until October 5, 2021 at 11:00 am Local Time), at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: The construction of ± 7.29 miles of resurfacing, including ± 6132 tons of 12.5mm Superpave, ± 2660 tons of leveling, ± 1235 tons of widening with 19mm Superpave, ± 14.58 LM of high build striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. Bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications which are on file and may be reviewed at the office of the County Administrator and the office of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Copies of Bid Forms, Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, upon deposit of $200.00 hard copy or $150.00 digital format per set.
