Sealed bids will be received for the 2021 LMIG, 3rd Street, Street Improvements at the Charlton County Courthouse Annex, 68 Kingsland, BOC Meeting Room, Folkston, GA 31537 until August 26, 2021 at 1 pm, Local Time), at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: The construction of ± 0.80 miles of mill and inlay resurfacing, including ± 1023 TN of 12.5mm RAC Superpave, ± 9291 SY of 1” depth milling, necessary grading per mile, grassing, striping, traffic control, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. Bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications which are on file and may be reviewed at the office of the Chairman and the office of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.
