NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bid number 21-00-02 2021 Mid-Size Commercial Pickup Sealed Bids addressed to the City of Plainview, will be received at the office of the City Secretary in City Hall at 901 Broadway Plainview, Texas 79072 until 2:30 p.m. November 11th, 2020 . Bids will be opened on that date and time, for the purchase of the above items. Price bids shall be the unit price per item F.O.B. Plainview, with exempt state and federal taxes. All bid envelopes are to be marked “Vehicle Bid.” The City of Plainview will consider the “State Contract Price” as a standard for the bids. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all formalities and accept the bid or bids, which appears to be most advantageous to the interest of the City. They may consider a local preference up to the percent stated in the Texas Local Government Code Ann., Section 271.9051 Notice to Bidders: The City of Plainview may also consider bids on New 2020 vehicles.
