CITY OF FAIRFIELD, OHIO NOTICE TO BIDDERS STARLIGHT ESTATES CULVERT EXTENSION Sealed proposals will be received by the Finance Department of the City of Fairfield, Ohio, until 3:00 p.m. Local Time, Monday, August 23, 2021, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as STARLIGHT ESTATES CULVERT EXTENSION for the Department of Public Works at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Detailed specifications and bid forms are on file in the Finance Office at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio and online at Fairfield-city.org. Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Starlight Estates Culvert Extension Project” on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder.
