Bids may be submitted electronically via www.PublicPurchase.com OR delivered in a sealed envelope with the Bid Number 2022-025 referenced on the envelope to address: City of Lee’s Summit City Hall, Attention Tarah Daugherty/Procurement Dept. 220 SE Green Street in Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 per the instructions contained within the Bid. Bids received by the Bid Deadline shall be publicly opened and the Bid Price read. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. This IFB is to secure a qualified Vendor(s) to provide the City with Sound and Lighting Equipment Services as more particularly described in the Specifications/Price Sheet, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. For the purpose of this solicitation, the Materials and Services required under this IFB shall be provided at the Price(s) specified in Exhibit A, Specifications/Price Sheet.
