Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install a new manhole and to abandon the existing manhole located on Highway 24 in Swansboro as specified in the Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on April 18, 2022, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the contract is awarded.
