Invitation for Bids for 2022 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project for Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 October 5, 2022 IFB # 267 The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the 2022 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project (the “Project”), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be “turn key” and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include repairing all voids, eliminating all infiltration, restoring the manholes to their original thickness, and providing corrosion protection of the manholes through application of a corrosion resistant liner. All work will be performed within Authority easements and/or inside public right of way. All anticipated rights of way and easements required for the Project have been obtained. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the Project have been obtained.
