A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. New P.E. Activities Facility (gym building) for the existing Stockbridge Elementary School. This portion of the work includes demolition of the existing free-standing elementary school gym and construction of a new free-standing elementary school gym building that connects back to the existing elementary school with walkway canopies. a.
