The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing this solicitation for a commodity contract, ITB Number 6802 OF for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. It is the intent of this bid invitation to establish a contract to supply 2024 Chrysler Pacifica per the attached specifications from date of award for a period of one (1) year. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources now or in the future.
