The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovation and addition to the Columbia County Coroner¿s Office, an existing one story, 1,240 square feet coroner¿s building. The existing floor (B - Business) will be renovated (745 square feet) and will have a one story addition on the left side of the building (840 square feet) for a total of 2,080 square feet. Type VB construction, non-sprinklered. The exterior consists of Brick Veneer, Wood Studs, Concrete Masonry, Fiber Cement Board Soffits, and Architectural Shingles.
