Work includes equipment replacement in two rooms as well as approximately 300 SF non-structural remodel of adjacent space. Specific tasks include selective demolition, and subsequent installation of new finishes, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, data, casework, and associated electrical and mechanical systems. The construction type is 1-A, sprinklered, and the occupancy group is I-2. The project will be phased. Phase I is the remodel and equipment replacement in Cath Lab2. Phase II is the remodel and equipment replacement of IR2, and the remodel of staff spaces adjacent to Cath Lab2
