Project Title: 2097 West Park, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana

The general description of the work is to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to construct a temporary community housing site consisting of approximately 138 MHU site pads. The site shall be developed to operational status so that manufactured homes may be placed on site pads. Work shall include constructing gravel roads, manufactured home gravel pads, gravel parking pads, concrete parking pads at UFAS (handicap accessible) site pads, positive storm water drainage, potable water and sewer lines, on site wastewater treatment plant, electric power service, site lighting, fencing, and other miscellaneous site amenities. Each residential lot will have one MHU pad constructed on that site.
